Citrus Lane Box Review November 2013

~Disclosure: This post contains referral links.

I thought I would go back and review some of the other boxes I have received in the past before I made my blog. This Citrus Lane box is from November 2013. Here is what we received for our daughter.

1. Tug Boat from Green Toys ($14.99). Ashlynn loves this bath toy!!! We had been needing more bath toys when we received this. It is made in the U.S.A. It is also made from 100% recycled plastic milk containers which is a plus considering I cloth diaper to save money and help the environment! This is a wonderful product.

2. Zootensils from Skip Hop ($6.00). Ok these are so cute!! All she really has are baby spoons so this was a great product for us to get. Ashlynn loves feeding herself so these will be a big help! Love these!

3. Reusable Snack Bags from Bumkins ($6.95). I feel like we will get a lot of use out of these especially since you can wash them in the washer. We have used these a few times so far. I also use them to put my homemade baby food pouches in the keep from sweating everywhere and possible leaking if it accidentally opens. Love them!

4. Lip Comfort from Purlisse ($16.00). This was a nice add and it will be really nice when we get somewhere that is colder. I have used it a few times and it is a really great lip balm. I don't think I would ever pay $16 on lip balm for myself though!

5. Second Blends from Plum Organics ($?) Actually they pulled our box back and removed the food pouch and sent a voucher instead since Plum Organics did a voluntary recall on the food pouches. We used the voucher on the Plum Organics teensy fruit which she loved!

All totaled up the box come to $43.94 plus the free voucher. I only pay $25 per month. This is one of the most valuable boxes in terms of money wise. Everything in it we love an are very happy with but we could have lived without the lip balm.

Just Precious~Pillowcase Halter Top and Bloomers

So this year I am going to start sewing more and get my business name more out there. The just precious portion of my blog will mainly be focusing on Ashynn and also some of my favorite cute outfits of hers (handmade by me and also some bought). I love sewing and creating cute stuff for our daughter! I thought this outfit was going to be difficult to make but it actually was really easy. I bought the pattern off of Etsy (it's called the Chelsea romper). It has patterns for sizes 3-6 months to 5T. I will also post some other things that I have made for her in the past that are just precious! Here is the 2T one that I made for her (she wasn't really in the mood for pictures haha).

This outfit is still a little big for her but oh well! She looks just precious!!! I have a Facebook page for my business! It is Ashlynn Rayne Boutique if you would like to check it out! https://www.facebook.com/pages/Ashlynn-Rayne-Boutique/195021580686056?ref=stream

How I get Ashlynn to eat carrots by themselves!

I recently came across this item in Babies "R" Us and thought why not! So I grabbed a bag and was hoping she would love them! One less thing I would have to worry about if she could eat these without a fuss. Here is what I got...
These are carrot crisps made by Kiddylicious. There are 4 individual baggies that come in this big bag. One little bag is equivalent of one carrot. It is 1 veggie serving per little bag. They contain NO wheat or gluten, NO high fructose corn syrup, NO GMOs, NO added preservatives, flavors, colors, or salt, NO nuts, seeds or egg, and NO milk or lactose. The only ingredients are carrot slices, vegetable oil and maltose. What was the results of how Ashlynn liked them??
She loved them!!!! Now we can get her to eat plain carrots without the fuss! They also have sweet potato, apple, and banana!

Citrus Lane January 2014 Box Review

We received our Citrus Lane box today! Citrus Lane is a monthly box subscription for children from birth to five years old. Each box has 4-5 items based on your child's age and gender. We love having a box of surprises show up every month!
Our box is for my 18 month old girl.

1. First Shape Sorter from Plan Toys ($10.00). I am really excited we received this toy! Ashlynn loves it! I love it because all the pieces are together making easier for when we are on the go. It is Ashlynn approved!

2. Lunchie from Skip Hop ($14.00). I am so thrilled we finally received a lunch box! It is so cute! I was debating on getting one a long time ago and glad I didn't. This will be great for when we are out and about.
3. Adhesive Bandages from Ouchies Jr. ($5.00). We have received these in another box but in a different theme. It is still a nice addition because you can never have to many bandages!!
4. Travel Wipes from Dapple ($3.49). I was really thrilled to see these. We are always using wipes to clean off surfaces when we are out and about. It is a nice compact size and will get used quickly! These can be used to wipe down shopping carts, high chairs, tables, toys, etc.

All totaled up the box come to $32.49. I only pay $25 per month. It is not the most valuable box but we still love it and will use everything!
